If your customers’ current mortgage product has come to an end and they have given you authority to switch them to a new product, log in and follow the on-screen instructions.

If their original mortgage was underwritten and completed based on Paragon Mortgages lending criteria, download our portfolio product switch rate guide to see our full range of products available.

If their original mortgage was underwritten based on Mortgage Trust lending criteria, download our non-portfolio product switch rate guide.

You can now access additional funding for your customer by applying for a further advance by way of a second change using our online portal.

For a single property application on accounts with up to two applicants, you can apply for a further advance online. Simply log in to get started.

For further advance applications for multiple properties, or with more than two applicants, then you will need to fill out a further advance application form and send it to us.
